National Assembly Speaker Convenes First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014
National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic convened the First Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014 for Wednesday, 1 October, at 10 am, with 11 items on its agenda
The agenda for the First Sitting contains the Bill modifying the Law on Public Property and the Bill modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, submitted by the Government.
The proposed items forwarded by the Government of Serbia also comprise the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Second Serbian Healthcare Development Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters, Bill on Export and Import of Arms and Military Equipment, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria on Mutual Exchange and Protection of Classified Data in Defence Matters, Bill on the Confirmation of International Labour Organisation Convention 94 on Public Contracts Labour Clauses, Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the Republic of Serbia of the one part and the European Communities and their member states of the other part, taking into consideration the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Veterinary Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania.
The agenda for the First Sitting also contains the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group and the Proposal of the Decision modifying the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group.
The sitting will be held at the Grand Hall of the National Assembly House in Belgrade, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
