National Assembly Speaker Convenes First Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature
At the request of 230 MPs, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic convened the First Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature, for Tuesday, 26 January 2021, starting at 10 am.
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on Transfer of Responsibility for the Provision of Air Transport Services between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Amendments to International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Second Additional Protocol to the Universal Postal Convention, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Field of Plant Protection and Plant Quarantine, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on Cooperation in the Fight Against Terrorism, submitted by the Government;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council;
- Proposal of the Decision to Grant Consent to the Securities Commission 2021 Financial Plan, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending;
- Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communication and Postal Services (RATEL) 2019 Activity Report, accompanied by a Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications;
- Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Socialist Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group.
