National Assembly Speaker Convenes Eleventh Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014
National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic convened the Eleventh Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014 for Monday, 22 December 2014, starting at 10 am.
The MPs will also be deliberating on the Republic of Serbia 2015 Budget Bill, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2015 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2015 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the National Employment Service 2015 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured 2015 Financial Plan.
The National Assembly will also discuss the Bill amending the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law, Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, Bill amending the Value Added Tax Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law.
The agenda also contains the Bill amending the Law on Property Restitution and Compensation and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Stimulation of Agriculture and Rural Development.
In addition, the National Assembly will be discussing the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of OTP Bank Serbia Ltd. Novi Sad, Banca Intesa Ltd. Belgrade, NBG Bank Malta LTD, ''AIK Banka'' Ltd. Nis and UniCredit Bank Serbia Ltd. Belgrade under the debt of public enterprise “Srbijagas” Novi Sad, Bill on assumption of obligations of company Air Serbia Ltd. Belgrade toward legal and physical entities for services rendered and goods delivered and the transformation of said obligations into the public debt of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Guarantee Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Rehabilitation and Development for a credit line for the Deposit Insurance Agency.
The sitting will be held at the Grand Hall of the National Assembly House in Belgrade, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
