DID THE PROSECUTOR KNOW THAT THIS WAS A MAN WHO HAD SERVED 4.5 YEARS IN PRISON FOR THE SEXUAL ASSAULT ON HIS OWN DAUGHTER????
What criteria did the authorities at the social welfare centre employ when they issued a WRITTEN WARNING as the only protection measure!!
Would the prosecutor and the authorities at the centre have acted in this manner if it were someone close to them??
I DEMAND THAT THE PROSECUTION AND THE AUTHORITIES AT THE WELFARE CENTRE EXPLAIN THE REASONS FOR THEIR ACTIONS!!
If their response is that they had acted in accordance with the law, then somebody is either making fools out of all of us or thinking that they can, just because they are a separate branch of government, do whatever they wish!!!
