Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC) National Branch Holds Second Meeting
Today, the National Assembly House hosted the second meeting of the GOPAC National Branch to discuss the National Branch Activity Plan Proposal for the period 2013-2015, formulated by the organisation’s Executive Board at its meeting on 10 July 2013.
GOPAC National Branch President Zoran Babic presented the National Branch Activity Plan Proposal for the period 2013-2015, for which he thanked Zoran Stojiljkovic, professor at the Faculty of Political Science.
GOPAC members Olgica Batic, Dubravka Filipovski, Maja Videnovic, Snezana Stojanovic Plavsic and Vladimir Marinkovic went on to discuss the plan’s main goals –establishing an organisational structure and launching regular activities, improving the MPs’ capacities, communication with the citizens and raising the citizens’ awareness of the importance of suppressing corruption and strengthening cooperation with GOPAC national and regional branches.
At the end of the meeting the GOPAC National Branch members agreed to adopt the National Branch Activity Plan Proposal for the period 2013-2015 at the next meeting.
