Fourth Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 9 November, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered a number of activity reports, financial plans and other acts of different financial institutions.
The following were reviewed and forwarded to the National Assembly to be adopted: Anti-Corruption Agency 2019 Activity Report, Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report for the period 1 January – 31 December 2019, Report of the Public Procurement Office on the supervision of the implementation of the Public Procurement Law conducted in 2019, Securities Commission 2019 Annual Report and the Fiscal Council 2019 Activity Report.
The Committee went on to formulate the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the amendments and modifications to the Securities Commission 2020 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the amendments and modifications to the Securities Commission Statute.
The Committee also granted consent to the Commission for State Aid Control 2021 Financial Plan Proposal and the Proposal of Rulebook amending and modifying the Rulebook on the Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Commission for State Aid Control.
The Committee also formulated the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia 2021 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media 2021 Financial Plan.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nikola Jolovic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, Ana Carapic, Olivera Pesic, Sonja Vlahovic, Svetlana Milijic, Adrijana Pupovac, Radovan Tvrdisic, Viktor Jevtovic, Milenka Subic, Bratimir Vasiljevic, MA Dordje Kosanic and Ugljesa Markovic.
The Committee went on to formulate the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the amendments and modifications to the Securities Commission 2020 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the amendments and modifications to the Securities Commission Statute.
