The following agenda has been adopted for the Fourth Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005, convened by the Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic, for 14 November:

1.Motion for the Appointment of Justices of the Constitutional Court, proposed by the President of the Republic, and

2.Proposals of Decisions Amending and Modifying the Decision on the Election of Members of Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

On the first day of the sitting, the National Assembly commenced discussing the Motion for the Appointment of Justices of the Constitutional Court.

On the second day of the session (15 November), as discussion had ended on the Motion for the Appointment of Justices of the Constitutional Court, the Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic, convened an immediate Voting Day session.

On Voting Day, the National Assembly appointed Dragica Marjanovic, Justice of the Supreme Court of Serbia, Justice of the Constitutional Court.

The National Assembly did not appoint Svetislava Bulajic, Teaching Assistant at the Belgrade University Faculty of Law, Justice of the Constitutional Court.

The National Assembly went on to adopt proposals of Decisions Modifying the Decision on the Election of Members of Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, proposed by deputy Tomislav Nikolic, chairman of the Serbian Radical Party Deputies’ Group and Miloljub Albijanic, chairman of the G17 Plus Deputies’ Group, as well as the Proposal of the Decision Amending the Decision on the Election of Members of Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, proposed by chairpersons of the Serbian Radical Party, Democratic Party of Serbia, G17 Plus, Socialist Party of Serbia, and New Serbia and Independent Deputies 9+9 Deputies’ Groups – Tomislav Nikolic, Milos Aligrudic, Miloljub Albijanic, Ivica Dacic and Veroljub Stevanovic.

As the National Assembly had discussed and voted on all items from the agenda of the session, the Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic, concluded the Fourth Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005.
