First Sitting of the Working Group for the drafting of Bills for the purpose of creating formal legal conditions enabling authorities to act on reports of disappearances of newborn babies from maternity wards
At the first, constituting sitting of the Working Group for the drafting of Bills for the purpose of creating formal legal conditions enabling authorities to act on reports of disappearances of newborn babies from maternity wards, the members unanimously adopted the decision that Maja Videnovic, ZES Group deputy, be the Working Group Chair, at the proposal of PUPS deputy Nikola Krpic.
At the first, constituting sitting of the Working Group for the drafting of Bills for the purpose of creating formal legal conditions enabling authorities to act on reports of disappearances of newborn babies from maternity wards, the members unanimously adopted the decision that Maja Videnovic, ZES Group deputy, be the Working Group Chair, at the proposal of PUPS deputy Nikola Krpic.
Krpic also nominated Dr Paja Momcilov for Deputy Chair, which was also unanimously accepted by the Working Group members.
At the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session in 2010, held on 5 May 2010, the National Assembly adopted a decision on the creation of the Working Group for the drafting of Bills for the purpose of creating formal legal conditions enabling authorities to act on reports of disappearances of newborn babies from maternity wards, at the proposal of National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic.
