The following agenda was proposed for the sitting: Bill on Efficient Energy Use, submitted by the Government, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on Natural Gas Delivery from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Serbia, Bill on Special Conditions for Registry of Ownership Rights for Buildings Constructed without a Construction Permit, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation Granting a State Export Credit to the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Bill on the Confirmation of the Guarantee Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (Belgrade Center Railway Station Project – Phase I), Bill on the Confirmation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia an the Government of the United Arab Emirates, Bill on the Confirmation of the Defence Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the United Arab Emirates, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Government of the United Arab Emirates on Avoidance of Double Taxation with respect to Taxes on Income, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the United Arab Emirates on Reciprocal Stimulation and Protection of Investments, submitted by the Government.
The National Assembly Deputy Speaker also proposed that the MPs should discuss the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Establishment of the Composition of the Standing Delegations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to International Parliamentary Institutions, submitted by National Assembly Deputy Speaker Vesna Kovac.
The First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly in 2013 will be held at the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
