Fifth Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 11 October 2022, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending reviewed the following:

  1. Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report for the period 1 January 2021 – 31 December 2021, submitted by the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures,

  2. 2021 Report on Monitoring Conducted by the Public Procurement Office, submitted by the Public Procurement Office.
The Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report was presented by Hana Hukic, President of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures. The Committee ascertained a Conclusion Proposal on the reviewed Report, to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.

The 2021 Report on Monitoring Conducted by the Public Procurement Office, submitted by the Public Procurement Office, was presented by Office Director Sandra Damcevic. The Committee ascertained a Conclusion Proposal on the reviewed Report, to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.

Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic was appointed Committee rapporteur and representative of the submitter at the National Assembly session for both reports.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: MA Svetlana Milijic, Vojislav Vujic, Miroslav Kondic, Vladimir Obradovic, Dr Nenad Mitrovic, Rozalia Okresz, Darko Jovanovic, Nikola Radosavljevic, Nebojsa Zelenovic, Tijana Davidovac, Veroljub Stevanovic, Ana Beloica and Djordje Stankovic.
