At Third Public Hearing Culture and Information Committee Interviews Proposed Candidates for REM Council Members

The Culture and Information Committee held its third public hearing with the topic: Public interview with the proposed candidates for members of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media (REM), at the National Assembly on 23 December 2025.

The Chairperson of the Culture and Information Committee, Nevena Djuric greeted that participants of the public hearing - members of the Culture and Information Committee, MPs who are not members of the Committee, the proposed candidates for members of the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media, authorised proposers, as well as representatives of the OSCE Office.

She said that this enables the wider public to take part in the work of the Culture and Information Committee adding that she hoped the exchange of opinions would be constrictive and extensive.

Candidates for REM Council members proposed by the national councils of national minorities, Istvan Bodzoni and Sreten Jovanovic, introduced themselves to the participants of the public hearing.

Following the introduction, the participants of the public hearing proceeded to interview the candidates.
