Out of the 218 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Republic of Serbia 2016 Budget Bill, the Government and the Committee accepted three. The Committee members also unanimously accepted two amendments submitted by the Committee to Article 8 and Article 35 of the Republic of Serbia 2016 Budget Bill.

The Government and the Committee accepted two of the 23 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 53 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 27 amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Determining Public Interest and Special Procedures of Expropriation and Issuance of Building Permit for the Realisation of Project “Belgrade Waterfront”.

The Committee sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic, and attended by Committee members Prof. Dr Nebojsa Petrovic, Milos Tosanic, Suzana Sarac, Goran Kovacevic, Radmilo Kostic, Dragoljub Zindovic, Milorad Mijatovic, and deputy members Zoran Bojanic, Adriana Atanasov and Milena Coric.
