On the behalf of the Ministry of Finance, the Bill amending the Republic of Serbia 2015 Budget Law was elaborated by Assistant Minister Mirjana Cojbasic. She informed the Committee members about the Bill comprising two articles the first of which envisages the addition of a new paragraph 3 after paragraph 2 of Article 17 of the Bill amending the Republic of Serbia 2015 Budget Law stating “As exception to paragraphs 1 and 2 of the present Article, employees of elementary and high-schools and student standard institutions may, based on Governmental decision, receive a one-off net payment of 6,000 RSD with accompanying tax and contribution for mandatory social insurance”. Cojbasic stressed that Article 2 of the Bill envisages the law to come into force day after it is published in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”.

The Committee members also reviewed and granted consent to the requests for prior written consent to perform additional paid activity submitted by Svetlana Razic, Danijela Bojovic, Daliborka Sreckov and Olivera Rajkovic, employed at the Public Procurement Office.

On the behalf of the Ministry of Finance the sitting was attended by Assistant Minister Mirjana Cojbasic and Slavica Manojlovic, Senior Advisor at the Ministry.
