At the proposal of Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic, the Committee members accepted the motion to complete a joint debate in principle and single debate on all the items on the agenda, pursuant to Article 76 of the National assembly Rules of Procedure.

The Committee discussed the Bill on Conversion of Housing Loans Indexed in Swiss Francs and the Bill amending the Budget System Law in principle, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Czech Republic on the Settlement of the Debt of the Republic of Serbia towards the Czech Republic, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and Rondex Finance, Inc. on the Settlement of the outstanding Debt of the Republic of Serbia to Rondex Finance, Inc. from the clearing operations period, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of France on the activities of the French Development Agency and PROPARCO in Serbia and the Bill granting guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Societe Generale Bank Serbia a.d. Belgrade, Komercijalna Banka a.d. Belgrade and Vojvodjanska Banka a.d. Novi Sad under the debt of Public Enterprise Srbijagas Novi Sad, under the Loan Agreement for the construction of Pipeline on the territory of the Republic of Serbia from the border with the Republic of Bulgaria to the border with Hungary and other countries neighbouring the Republic of Serbia through the investment in the capital of South Stream Serbia AG, Zug, Switzerland.

The bills were presented by Slavica Savicic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance, as representative of the submitter.

Following a debate the Committee members accepted all the bills.
