The Committee members accepted the proposal of the Working Group that the test should comprise 42 questions, that the Committee should ascertain which questions are to be used by having every Committee member say the ordinal number of the question to be asked, that 34 correct answers be the required minimum to pass the test, that this is a qualifying test and that no literature, Laws or electronic tools are to be used in it.

The Committee then proceeded to determined, by majority vote, the questions for the public procurement professional qualification test of the candidates for the election of President and two members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.

The Committee members then discussed and granted consent to the requests for prior written consent to perform additional paid activity submitted by Olivera Rajkovic, Danijela Bojovic, Milos Jovic, Daliborka Sreckov, Svetlana Razic and Dragana Maric, employed at the Public Procurement Office.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic.
