Before commencing the debate on the conclusion proposal, at the proposal of the Committee Chairman, the agenda was expanded to include one more item – discussion of the request of Danijela Bokan, employed at the Public Procurement Office, for prior written consent to perform additional paid activity.

The Committee then proceeded to debate the conclusion proposal of the Working Group which noted that two of the candidates had failed to submit full documentation, and that one of the applications was not submitted in due time. The Working Group proposed that the Committee disregard take these applications especially in view of the fact that the text of the competition clearly states that “undue, unallowed, unintelligible or incomplete applications, as well as those not accompanied by originals or copies certified by a municipality, court or notary public of all pertinent documentation, shall not be deliberated on”. The Committee members decided to disregard the applications submitted by candidates Vladimir Petrovic, Aleksandar Palija and Verica Milenovic from further election proceedings because they are incomplete and/or undue.

The Committee members accepted the Working Group’s proposal to test the candidates for President and two members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures on 23 October 2015, at noon.

The Committee members then discussed and granted consent to the request of Danijela Bokan, employed at the Public Procurement Office, to perform additional paid activity.
