63rd Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 11 February, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered, in principle, the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the State of Israel on Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the State of Israel on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Tax Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Agreement for the Development of River Transport Infrastructure in Serbia between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank.

The bills were presented on behalf of the Ministry of Finance by Milka Zivanovic and Ana Tripovic, and by acting Assistant Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Veljko Kovacevic.

The Committee unanimously adopted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the State of Israel on Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the State of Israel on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Tax Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Financial Agreement for the Development of River Transport Infrastructure in Serbia between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic and was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Veroljub Arsic, Djordje Kosanic, Olivera Pesic, Srbislav Filipovic, Goran Kovacevic, Zoltan Pek, Momo Colakovic and Zoran Bojanic.
