Out of the 26 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law, the Government and the Committee accepted three. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 6 of the Bill, which Minister of Finance Lazar Krstic accepted at the Committee sitting.
The MPs had submitted four amendments to the Bill amending the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, which neither the Government nor the Committee accepted.
Out of the two amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, the Government and the Committee accepted one.
To the Bill amending and modifying the Tobacco Law the MPs had submitted one amendment which the Government and the Committee did not accept.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the nine amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending the Value Added Tax Law, nor any of the 13 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law.
The MPs had submitted three amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, and the Government and the Committee accepted all of them.
Out of the 17 amendments submitted to the Bill on Reduction of Net Wages for Public Sector Employees, the Government and the Committee accepted one. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 2 of the Bill, which Minister of Finance Lazar Krstic accepted at the Committee sitting.
The MPs had submitted two amendments to the Bill amending the Law on Property Restitution and Compensation, which neither the Government nor the Committee accepted, and the Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 1 of the Bill, which Minister of Finance Lazar Krstic accepted at the Committee sitting.
