52nd Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 4 October, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed, in principle, the Bill amending the Law on Public Property.
The proposed amendment to the Law was presented to the Committee members by Radmila Jagodic, Assistant Minister of Finance, who said that it aimed to extend the deadline for the submission of requests for registration of ownership rights of public companies, joint stock companies and their dependants, from two to three years.
The Committee adopted the Bill amending the Law on Public Property by a majority of votes.
