4th session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Basic Issues and Co-ordination held
The fourth session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Basic Issues and Co-ordination was held at 2 p.
The fourth session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Basic Issues and Co-ordination was held at 2 p.m. on 27 May 2003. Dr Vladan Batic, chairman of the Sub-committee, chaired the session.
It was agreed that the Sub-committee should meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Suggestions adopted by the Sub-committee will be forwarded to experts of the Venice Commission, who will assist in harmonising them with European legislation.
Members of the Sub-committee will discuss proposals forwarded to them, and continue discussion on the text of the preamble at the next session.
