49th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 3 November 2021, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending ruled on the motion to submit the Proposal of the Decision for the election of president and members of the Securities Commission to the National Assembly to be considered by urgent procedure, pursuant to Article 167 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

The Committee members unanimously ruled to propose that the National Assembly consider the Proposal of the Decision for the election of president and members of the Securities Commission by urgent procedure.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zoran Tomic, Svetlana Milijic, Dr Milorad Mijatovic, Ugljesa Markovic, Ana Carapic, Ana Beloica, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, Adrijana Pupovac and Zoran Bojanic.
