46th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 22 July, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for Realization of Project Housing Construction for Members of the Security Forces, in principle.

The Bill was presented by Aleksandra Damnjanovic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, as representative of the submitter, and following a short debate, the Committee members accepted it in principle.

At the proposal of the Committee Working Group, the Committee went on to consider the civic petitions it had received. Working Group rapporteur Stefana Miladinovic said that the Working Group had reviewed 11 civic petitions and proposed how they should be handled further, which the Committee members accepted.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic.

The sitting was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dalibor Radicevic, Snezana B. Petrovic, Olivera Pesic, Jasmina Karanac, Ivana Nikolic, Goran Kovacevic, Ivana Dinic, Dragan Jovanovic, Ognjen Pantovic, Stefana Miladinovic and Dr Vladimir Orlic.
