The Committee members went on to review the Ministry of Finance and Economy Activity Report for the period 1 January – 31 March 2013. The Report and the macroeconomic trends in the first and second quarter of 2013 were presented by State Secretary Aleksandar Ljubic. Following a debate, the Committee members accepted the Report.President of the Securities Commission Zoran Cirovic presented the Securities Commission 2011 Business Report, Securities Commission 2012 Business Report and the Securities Commission 2012 Financial Report with the Report of Euroaudit d.o.o. Belgrade Independent Auditor, as well as the Securities Commission 2013 Financial Plan. Following a debate, the Committee members accepted said reports.The Committee members accepted the 2013 Fiscal Strategy, submitted by the Government, by a majority of votes.Fiscal Council member Vladimir Vuckovic presented the Fiscal Council 2012 Activity Report, after which the Committee members accepted the Report by a majority of votes.The Committee members also considered and accepted the proposal of Committee Deputy Chairman Radojko Obradovic to organise a public hearing on “Adjusting the deadlines for the adoption of the budget financial statement proposal and procedure for the deliberation on and adoption of budget financial statement proposals of the Republic of Serbia for the period 2002 – 2007”. The Committee members agreed to consider the topic matter and the period covering the budget financial statement proposals of the Republic of Serbia to be discussed before deciding to hold the public hearing.
