41st Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 27 May, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered, in detail, the Bill amending and modifying the Property Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mandatory Social Insurance Contributions, Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law.


Out of the 78 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Property Tax Law, the Government and the Committee accepted only one. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 3 of the Bill, which was accepted at the Committee sitting by Minister of Finance and Economy Mladjan Dinkic.
The MPs had submitted 11 amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted two amendments.
Out of the 37 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, the Government and the Committee accepted none. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 34 of the Bill, which was accepted at the Committee sitting by Minister of Finance and Economy Mladjan Dinkic.
The MPs had submitted 10 amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mandatory Social Insurance Contributions, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted none.
Out of the 63 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, the Government accepted four and the Committee three amendments. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 37 of the Bill, which was accepted at the Committee sitting by Minister of Finance and Economy Mladjan Dinkic.
Out of the 21 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, the Government and the Committee accepted none.
