Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic informed the Committee members that the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures had on 6 February 2018 informed the Committee that the term of office of four of its members was due to expire on 1 April 2018. Consequently, the Committee adopted the Decision to initiate the procedure to ascertain a proposal for the election of four members of the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures i.e. issue a public call, after which the Committee would submit to the National Assembly a proposal for the election of four Commission members. The text of the public call is an integral part of the Decision and the deadline for application is 30 days from the day the call is published.

The Committee went on to adopt the Decision on the formation of a Working Group for the conduct of the procedure for the election of four members of the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures comprising Veroljub Arsic as Chair, and Goran Ciric, Dr Milorad Mijatovic, Milan Lapcevic and Goran Kovacevic as members
