34th Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy

At the sitting held on 3 December 2018, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered, in detail, the Bill amending and modifying the Company Law, Bill amending and modifying the Bankruptcy Law, Bill amending and modifying the Investment Law, Bill on Gaining Property Rights over the Land, Facilities and Power Lines of RTB Bor d.o.o. Mining-Smelting Combine, Bor, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Determining Public Interest and Special Expropriation Procedures and Acquisition of Documentation for the Realisation of Construction of the South Stream Natural Gas Transport System.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 14 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Company Law.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 11 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Bankruptcy Law either.

Of the 46 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Investment Law, the Government and the Committee accepted two, the amendments submitted to Article 3 and Article 9 of the Bill by MP Katarina Rakic.

Of the 66 amendments submitted to the Bill on Gaining Property Rights over the Land, Facilities and Power Lines of RTB Bor d.o.o. Mining-Smelting Combine, Bor, the Government and the Committee accepted three viz. the amendments submitted to Article 3, Article 7 with amendment and Article 12 of the Bill by MP MA Dejan Radenkovic.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 12 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Determining Public Interest and Special Expropriation Procedures and Acquisition of Documentation for the Realisation of Construction of the South Stream Natural Gas Transport System.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Snezana R. Petrovic, Gorica Gajic, Zoran Bojanic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Ana Carapic, Stanislava Janosevic, Snezana Paunovic, Jelena Mijatovic, Branislav Mihajlovic and Vojislav Vujic.
