At the sitting held on 22 October, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered in detail a number of bills on the agenda of the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018.
Of the 567 amendments submitted to the Bill on Construction Products, the Government and Committee accepted three and rejected the rest.
Of the 72 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, the Government and Committee accepted 27, rejecting the rest. The Committee also submitted three amendments of its own to articles 30, 71 and 100 which the representatives of the submitter accepted at the sitting.
The Government and Committee accepted none of the 107 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Building Legalization Law. The Committee also submitted three amendments of its own to articles 5, 11 and 26 which the representatives of the submitter accepted at the sitting.
The Government and Committee accepted none of the 130 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Air Transport Law.
The Government and Committee did not accept any of the 64 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Transport of Dangerous Goods either.
Of the 39 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Investigation in Air, Rail and Water Traffic Accidents, the Government and Committee accepted four and rejected the rest.
The Government accepted one of the 69 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Road Transport of Passengers.
The Government and Committee accepted none of the 69 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on National Affiliation and Registration of Vessels.
None of the 64 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Maritime Navigation were accepted by the Government and Committee either.
