32nd Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 6 October 2025, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the following:
- Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Procedures for the Realization of the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO BELGRADE 2027, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Bureau International des Expositions on Privileges and Benefits Necessary for the Participation in the Internationally Recognised Exhibition Expo 2027 Belgrade Serbia, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Payment Guarantee Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the French Development Agency, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Second Credit Specific Agreement N° CRS1025 02 E for the Financing of the Serbia Green Agenda Programmatic Development Policy Operation between the Republic of Serbia and the French Development Agency, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement between KfW, Frankfurt am Main and the Republic of Serbia represented by the Government of the Republic of Serbia by and through the Ministry of Finance for the Policy Based Loan (PBL) “Reform of the Energy and Environmental Sectors in the Republic of Serbia II”, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Railway Nis-Dimitrovgrad B Finance Contract between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Additional Financing for Tax Administration Modernization Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Serbia Air Quality Improvement Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, submitted by the Government.
On behalf of the submitter the sitting was attended by State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance Slavica Savcic who presented the bills.
The Committee adopted the bills by majority vote.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nikola Radosavljevic, Branko Pavlovic, Mgr Akos Ujhely, Nevena Veinovic, Tijana Davidovac, Ana Beloica Martac, Nenad Krstic, Katarina Stojanovic, Vojislav Vujic, Ilo Mihailovski, Dusan Nikezic and Pedja Mitrovic.
