At the sitting held on 5 June 2025, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption 2024 Activity Report, Fiscal Council 2024 Activity Report and the Commission for State Aid Control 2024 Activity Report.
The Agency for the Prevention of Corruption 2024 Activity Report was presented by Verka Atanaskovic, Agency Deputy Director, and after a discussion the Committee adopted, by majority vote, a Conclusion Proposal accepting the considered Report. The Conclusion Proposal was forwarded to the National Assembly to be considered under urgent procedure, in line with Article 167 of the Rules of Procedure.
The Fiscal Council 2024 Activity Report was presented by the President of the Fiscal Council Prof. Dr Blagoje Paunovic. After a discussion the Committee adopted, by majority vote, a Conclusion Proposal accepting the Report and forwarded it to the National Assembly to be considered under urgent procedure, in line with Article 167 of the Rules of Procedure.
The Commission for State Aid Control 2024 Activity Report was presented by acting president of the Commission Dragica Jovanovic, and after a discussion the Committee adopted, by majority vote, a Conclusion Proposal accepting the considered Report. The Conclusion Proposal was forwarded to the National Assembly to be considered under urgent procedure, in line with Article 167 of the Rules of Procedure.
