To the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education, the MPs had submitted 37 amendments. At the proposal of MP Ljibuska Lakatos the Committee members accepted the amendment to Article 10 submitted by MPs Balint Pastzor, Elvira Kovacs, Arpad Fremond and Zoltan Pek, which was also accepted by the representative of the submitter, Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Mladen Sarcevic. The Government and Committee did not accept the other 36 amendments submitted to the Bill and the Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to Article 8 of the Bill which the representative of the submitter also accepted.

The Government and Committee did not accept any of the 20 amendments submitted to the Bill on Professions of Special Interest for the Republic of Serbia and the Conditions for their Performance.
