21st Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 22 February 2021, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Bill on Granting the Guarantee of the Republic of Serbia in Favour of German Development Bank KfW, Frankfurt-am-Main, for the Borrowing of JSC “Elektromreza Srbije”, Belgrade (Regional Programme of Energy Efficiency in the Transmission System II) and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement between KfW, Frankfurt-am-Main (”KfW”) and the Republic of Serbia (“Borrower”) represented by the Minister of Finance for the Project “Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings and Renewable Energies in the District Heating Sector – Greening the Public Sector”, both submitted by the Government.
