19th Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society

At the sitting held on 30 October, the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society considered in detail the Bill on Dual Education, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Preschool Education, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Primary Education and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Secondary Education.

Out of the 308 amendments submitted to the Bill on Dual Education the Committee accepted four.

Out of the 106 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Preschool Education the Committee accepted two.

The MPs had submitted 203 amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Primary Education out of which the Committee accepted three.

The Committee also submitted four amendments of its own to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Primary Education.

Finally, out of the 176 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Secondary Education the Committee accepted three.

The sitting was attended by Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Mladen Sarcevic and was chaired by Committee Chairman Muamer Zukorlic. The sitting was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Fatmir Hasani, Dr Mihajlo Jokic, Prof. Dr Ljubisa Stojmirovic, Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic, Milena Bicanin, Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, Marko Parezanovic and Vladimir Orlic.
