18th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 30 September, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending reviewed, in principle, the Bill modifying the Law on Public Property, Bill amending and modifying the Customs Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Investment Funds, Bill modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Second Serbian Healthcare Development Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters, submitted by the Government.
State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance Nenad Mijailovic and associates attended the sitting and provided the rationale for the bills.
The Committee then proceeded to adopt, in principle, the Bill modifying the Law on Public Property, Bill amending and modifying the Customs Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Investment Funds, Bill modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Second Serbian Healthcare Development Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters.
