16th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 20 February 2023, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the following:
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Serbian Inland Waterway Infrastructure B Finance Contract between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Serbia Rail Corridor X – Belgrade to Nis Section) Between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Serbia Corridor X Railways FL - Global Gateway Finance Contract between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Connected Schools in Serbia B Finance Contract between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Government;
- Decision to launch procedure to ascertain the proposal for the election of four members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, and
- Decision on the establishment of the Working Group for the conduct of the election of four members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.
