16th Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society
At the sitting held on 8 October 2025, the members of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and Information Society considered the Bill on Information Security in detail.
Of the 34 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill, the Government and the Committee accepted 13 - to Article 2 (two amendments), to articles 5 and 6 (two amendments), as well as articles 10, 11, 31, 33, 37, 48, 52 and 56.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Dejan Guresic, Edin Numanovic, Dr Lidija Sarac, Zivota Starcevic, Sladjana Susnjar, Nikola Lazic, Vesna Djurisic and Goran Spasojevic.
