The Constitutional Commission's Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee held the sixteenth session on September 9, at 12.00 h.
The Constitutional Commission's Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee held the sixteenth session on September 9, at 12.00 h. Mr. Vladan Batic, Ph. D., presided over this session.
The Sub-Commission discussed provisions regulating judiciary and the public prosecutor's office, principles of both constitutionality and legality, and the Constitutional Court.
