14th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 6 October 2025, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered in detail a number of bills within their purview.
Of the 103 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Special Conditions for Recording and Registration of Rights to Real Estate, the Government and the Committee accepted 14 - to articles 1, 3, 5, 8 (two amendments), 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 20, 25 and 27.
The Committee submitted nine amendments of its own to the Bill, to articles 1, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, 16, 20 and 25, which were accepted at the sitting by Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Aleksandra Sofronijevic.
To the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, the MPs had submitted 32 amendments, of which Government and the Committee accepted five – to articles 1, 8, 9, 24 and 33.
Of the 11 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, the Government and the Committee accepted two - to articles 6 and 9 of the Bill.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dragana Arsic, Nenad Filipovic, Miroslav Kondic, Tijana Davidovac, Tomislav Jankovic, Dragan Stanojevic, Dalibor Scekic, Stasa Stojanovic, Vesna Savovic-Petkovic, Miroslav Petrasinovic and Jasmina Karanac.
