The Committee members considered the Bill on Special Conditions for Recording and Registration of Rights to Real Estate, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement concerning the Adoption of Harmonized Technical United Nations Regulations for Wheeled Vehicles, Equipment and Parts which can be Fitted and/or be Used on Wheeled Vehicles and the Conditions for Reciprocal Recognition of Approvals Granted on the Basis of these United Nations Regulations, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Government of Hungary, the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, the Government of Montenegro, the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Government of the Slovak Republic and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on Aeronautical Search and Rescue Cooperation and Coordination, all submitted by the Government, as well as the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Information for the period January – March 2025.

The sitting was attended by Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Aleksandra Sofronijevic and associates who presented the bills and Activity Information.

Following a discussion, the Committee members adopted the bills and Activity Information.
