12th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 10 December 2020, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending reviewed the candidates for the election of President and one member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.

Following the interview the Committee ascertained the Proposal of the Decision for the election of President and one member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures and proposed that the National Assembly to elect Hana Hukic President of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures and Jasmina Milenkovic member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.

The Committee members ascertained, by majority vote, the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of term of office of President of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures and the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of term of office of member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.

The Committee also considered the Candidate Proposal for Fiscal Council Member and proposed that the National Assembly accept the proposal of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia and elect Dr Bojan Dimitrijevic member of the Fiscal Council.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Bratimir Vasiljevic, Dr Milorad Mijatovic, Goran Kovacevic, Viktor Jevtovic, Sonja Vlahovic, Ugljesa Markovic, Ana Carapic, Radovan Tvrdisic, Dusko Tarbuk, Nikola Jolovic, Zoran Bojanic and Olivera Pesic.
