The following six candidates were interviewed: Jelena Stojanovic, Svetlana Razic, Slavisa G. Milosevic, Rastko Naumov, Jasmina Pejakovic and Snezana Dobrinjac.

Following the interview with the candidates, the Committee unanimously ascertained the Proposal of the Decision on the election of two members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures and proposed to the National Assembly Jelena Stojanovic as first and Svetlana Razic as the second member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.

The Committee also noted the termination of office of Stojan Stamenkovic, member of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, by expiry of mandate on 13 November 2016, and decided to send a memo to the parliamentary groups at the National Assembly asking them to submit candidate nominations for member of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia by 29 November 2016.

The sitting was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Goran Kovacevic, Momo Colakovic, Olivera Pesic, Veroljub Arsic, Milorad Mircic, Radmilo Kostic, Djordje Kosanic, Srbislav Filipovic, Nikola Jolovic, Zoltan Pek, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, Goran Ciric and Milan Lapcevic.
